Connected-account data

This notice describes the owner’s local Ethan Content Studio publishing workflow, not a public account-registration service.

Data used

The local publishing service stores authorized account identifiers, profile names, account images, access and refresh tokens, selected publishing destinations, content, job status and publishing receipts. Connected platform APIs process authorization and uploaded content. Access is limited by the permissions granted on those platforms.

Storage and processing

Publishing data is stored in the owner’s local application and isolated publishing virtual machine. The owner’s configured network proxy may carry outbound requests. Content generation may send prompts and source material to the configured AI provider. Passwords are entered on official login pages, not collected by this public website.

Control and deletion

The owner can revoke the application in each platform’s connected-app settings and remove the channel in the local publishing dashboard. Revoking access does not remove already published posts, local logs or backups. Those require separate owner action. Local records and backups are retained until explicitly removed; there is no automatic deletion guarantee.

This website has no account data collection form. Do not submit passwords, birth details or payment information. The service is not currently accepting outside users.
